FUNCTION:

Must be able to swim and become Lifeguard / CPR / First aid Certified.

Responsible for performing general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction. All guest’s requests should be responded to within 15 minutes.

• Responsible for assisting with vendors who are on property to clean.
• Responsible for speaking with Rooms Coordinator to request rooms for OOO projects and letting them know when to put the rooms back in.
• Responsible for assisting with all projects happening on property Ex: Desk chairs, Lounge Chairs, Lamp Replacement, Drape Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning.
• Responsible for wearing appropriate uniform and maintaining personal cleanliness.
• Responsible for performing “other” duties as assigned by management.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry boxes, and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to read and write basic English to complete necessary paperwork.
• Must be able to stand and exert well paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length. Requires sitting, bending, stooping, climbing, keeling, reaching, and visual acuity.

FUNCTION:
Responsible for providing clean and immaculate hotel guestrooms that meet the expectations of the guest and the established standards of the brand and company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures complete guest satisfaction.
Responsible for investigating guest complaints.

FUNCTION:
Oversee shipping and receiving functions. Prepare items for shipment. Responsible for ordering and maintaining par inventories. Duties include assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping lost and found items, return orders; receiving, unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for working with all departments to ensure Guest Satisfaction.
Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and non conformance to specifications.
Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.
Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials.
Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
Determines method and mode of shipment to customer requirements.
Prepares and expedites shipments: Determines labeling requirements including but not limited to: Assemble and pack product containers, preparing and affixing shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information for cartons, skids or other storage devices in an accurate manner including any special labels that are customer required. Prepares all shipping documents in a timely and accurate manner. Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage.
Proper operation of equipment to safety and productivity requirements, including but not limited to:
Lift truck or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas
Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
