Celebrate the 20th anniversary of Odyssey de Culinaire and embark on a culinary journey with the Oklahoma Hospitality Foundation!  Join us for one or both of these fundraising wine dinners that support Oklahoma ProStart, as part of the school-to-career workforce development programs with the Oklahoma Restaurant Association. This highly anticipated dining experience showcases renowned chefs from Tulsa and Oklahoma City, hosting unforgettable evenings of exquisite dining. These events are open to the public; each of the five-courses served, pairs a chef with an aspiring Oklahoma ProStart culinary student, creating an extraordinary dining experience for all attendees.

Funds raised from the events are used to advance the future of Oklahoma's culinary landscape and hospitality workforce; providing funding directly to the ProStart high school classrooms. Some activities that are supported include teacher professional development, classroom materials, guest speakers, food labs, field trips and student supplies. Experience a memorable evening of fine dining and wine pairings that will make a lasting impact on culinary education in Oklahoma! Join us for one or both Odyssey de Culinaire dinners this summer.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be given after 6/30/23 for our July 11 event, or 7/11/23 for our July 20 event; however, registration is transferable to an alternate guest, or to the other cities 2023 dinner with prior notice.

Dietary Restrictions
Please note we can NOT accommodate dietary restrictions at either Odyssey de Culinaire. Each course is pre-set by our volunteer chefs and due to the nature of the event, exceptions and changes cannot be made. If you have any questions regarding our dietary policy, please call Audra Pixley at 405 -942-8181.

Oklahoma ProStart
Oklahoma ProStart® is a school-to-career program developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF). Oklahoma ProStart® is designed to introduce juniors and seniors to careers in the foodservice industry. Through classroom activities, internships, and comprehensive exams, students have the chance to earn national certification.
