TulsaFest is an annual members-only event featuring a networking luncheon and educational sessions in the Tulsa area. Featuring top speakers in the industry, it's a can't-miss event! The 2023 TulsaFest will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Tulsa.

Tracy Spears; Exceptional Leaders Lab
Tracy is an Internationally sought-after keynote speaker, advocate, and host of the podcast “Shift Out Loud”. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and the Founder of the Exceptional Leaders Lab. Her organization specializes in developing leaders, inspiring teamwork, and creating inclusive cultures. Her best-selling books, What Exceptional Leaders Know, and The Exceptional Leaders Playbook and Leadership Is a Verb provide much of the content in the workshops she teaches globally. Tracy's energetic and interactive approach has helped leaders and aspiring leaders all over the world improve their leadership skills, their communication, and their understanding of how people and organizations succeed. Much of Tracy's work centers around inspiring each person to rethink their personal success story and inspires her audiences to strive for the best possible outcome in everything they approach. Her mission is to support as many people as possible in playing bigger because she believes there is enough room for everyone at the top. On a personal note, she is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and earned her college degree through a softball scholarship. She was a member of the U.S. National Softball Team and competed in the U.S Olympic Sports Festival. |
Luncheon Keynote: James Leewright; ORA President & CEO
As a small business owner, Leewright was named Entrepreneur of the Year for Creek County in 2007 and one of Oklahoma’s Top 40 Under 40 Professionals in the State by Oklahoma Magazine. He has been a Big Brother for Big Brothers and Big Sisters, served on the Board of Directors, and Executive Board, and was past President of the Sapulpa Chamber of Commerce. He is also the past President of the Sapulpa Ambassadors. Leewright currently serves as a board member for Youth Services of Creek County and as a Governor on the Board of Governors for Oklahoma State University Foundation and on the Board for the Sapulpa Arts Council. Leewright has received two citations from the Oklahoma House of Representatives for civic and business accomplishments. As a legislator, Senator Leewright was named to leadership positions in the House, which is rare for a first-term legislator. In leadership, he was appointed asst-whip and served as vice-chair for Banking and Financial Services. Leewright also served on Higher Ed and Career Tech, Government Oversight and Accountability, and the Appropriations and Budget for Transportation Committee. In the Senate, as a freshman senator, he was named Chairman of the Business, Commerce, and Tourism Committee, a first in state history, and also has served on the Appropriations Subcommittee on Natural Resources, Retirement and Insurance, Appropriations and Budget, Judiciary, AG and Wildlife, and Transportation Committees. Leewright also served as third in leadership for the Senate as Assist. Majority Floor Leader, Chair of the Rural Broadband Council, Chair of the Infrastructure Committee for ARPA, and Chair of the Medical Marijuana working group. Leewright and his wife Cari have four children and are both native Oklahomans who have a small ranch near Kellyville. He holds a BS in Hotel Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University and MBA studies from Oklahoma City University. |
