Hirst Hospitality Awards 2021
This event is sold out. Thank you.
It's the 22nd anniversary of the Hirst Hospitality Awards! Held each November, this event honors all the hardworking employees in the foodservice industry. In 2019, the Oklahoma Restaurant Association recognized more than 80 of Oklahomas Best of the Best foodservice employees in the state! Every year, to honor these employees, the Hirst Hospitality Awards holds various fundraising activities. This year's event will be smaller with limited attendance of 200 people.
This event pays tribute to the backbone of the restaurant industry - the restaurant employees. It gives employers the opportunity to single out and recognize their best workers, while at the same time supporting the Oklahoma Hospitality Foundation's goal of providing scholarships to qualified students of the hospitality industry. This goal is met not only through paid attendance at the event, but with contributions made during the dinner, wine draws and more!
In order for your honorees to be included in the printed program and on the personalized gifts, their names must be submitted (with correct spelling) no later than 5:00 pm on Oct. 25. We are happy to include all names submitted after that date in all remaining promotional activities. Reminder, the event will be limited attendance of 200 people.
$680 for Table of 8
*Each person must be registered in advance. There will be no extra seats available onsite. Any changes to attendee names after online processing MUST be made with the Oklahoma Restaurant Association by phone, (405) 942-8181.
Hist Hospitality Scholarship Donations
We invite you to support this year's Hirst Hospitality Awards Campaign and donate so your contribution helps to provide scholarships for students who plan to further their education at a licensed or accredited culinary or hospitality college, or university.
The tax-deductible contributions individuals and companies give to the Oklahoma Hospitality Foundation can change the lives of Oklahoma youth who are inspired by a career in the foodservice industry, as well as restaurant employees who are in dire need of assistance.

Jean-Charles Boisset was born into the world of wine in the village of Vougeot, Burgundy, France. His lifelong passion for wine began as a child, as he grew up above the cellars and within view of the centuries-old vineyards of Château du Clos de Vougeot, the epicenter and birthplace of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Jean-Charles leads the family firm with passionate commitment to fine wine, history, quality and a deep respect for the environment. He implemented organic and Biodynamic farming at all of the family’s estate vineyards in Burgundy and California. Together with his sister Nathalie, he created Domaine de la Vougeraie, uniting the family’s Burgundy vineyards, including prestigious monopoles such as the Vougeot 1er Cru Clos Blanc de Vougeot — planted in 1110 by the Cistercian monks, into one of Burgundy’s leading domaines. He instituted the concept of "viniculteur", redefining the company’s traditional role to encompass a close and active interest in all aspects of winegrowing to ensure premium quality and sustainable farming practices. He refashioned and elevated the family’s founding winery bearing his father’s name — Jean-Claude Boisset — into a premier boutique vigneron in the Cotes de Nuits. Jean-Charles has expanded from the world of wine and spirits to include a lifestyle vision; he has created namesake collections for jewelry, perfume and the JCB Passion Collection by Baccarat — the first glassware line the historic French crystal company has ever done with a vintner. In addition, the JCB offerings include home accessories that exemplify the JCB world of hospitality and entertaining.
