Oklahoma Restaurant Convention & Expo
This annual Fall event is the largest trade show in the state of Oklahoma and the most important event for foodservice and hospitality industry professionals, offering a restyled floorplan and exciting educational seminars and mixology demonstrations. The show features hundreds of exhibits, an opening night party, the ever-popular Culinary Cook-off(founded by Oswalt Restaurant Supply), the brand new Cocktail Shakedown, industry-specific workshops, and over 6,000 industry attendees. Educational Workshop The Ins and Outs of Oklahoma's New Alcohol Beverage Requirements
Serving alcohol can leave your restaurant and its employees vulnerable. The liabilities can be many, and the Oklahoma Restaurant Association wants to help educate and protect Oklahoma's operators on not only the existing laws, but on the new alcohol beverage laws. Join ORA Education Director Rick Hughes who will facilitate an educational session presented by Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE) Officers, Brent Fairchild and Erick Smoot. Brent and Erick will not only provide valuable information, but field frequently asked questions concerning general liquor operations. If you are not informed on the new licensing laws, or just want to ask general operational questions this session is for you!

Opening Night Networking Reception
The reception will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on the lower level of the Bricktown Brewery. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the Cox Center. The reception includes cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, entertainment and great networking. Tickets are $20.
